Fall Show Exhibitor Registration Form & Instructions

                                                Education and Author events: Tuesday, Sep 30, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
                                         
A member exhibitor discount is offered to companies or individuals who are current members of PNBA. All others need to purchase a membership to qualify for the member discount. Companies registering separately from their independent rep will need a membership to qualify for the member rate. PNBA membership also gets you priority for Rep Picks slots and a listing in our Member Handbook. Memberships are $225. Get your membership here.

PNBA will promote a profile of each exhibiting company on the official Tradeshow page. Features will include company and rep identification, table or booth location on the show floor, and up to three links for each purchased table or booth. These links may be used for company sites, show specials, Edelweiss collections, etc. We will accept PDF files or links only. More information and instructions for submitting will be sent to registered exhibitors in July.

The Big Pitch reps' pick of the list will be from about 11:45 am - 4:20 pm on Sunday, Sep 28.

Each spot will give you 9 minutes to highlight your new titles/products. Sideline vendors are welcome to participate as well. 

Reps Behind the Desk - 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday, Sep 29 - 
Participating reps will have the opportunity to become late night hosts for 15 minute shows of super pitches and special guests to an evening cocktail crowd of booksellers. 

Sign-up forms will be sent to all registered exhibitors in June. Space will be prioritized for formal sales reps who are members of PNBA. Remaining slots will be offered to member  in-house sales and marketing personnel.

​About the Exhibit Floor:

Exhibit spaces include booths, which are arranged around the outside walls of the hall, and tables, which are typically arranged in islands of 6-10 tables located on the show floor. Each island has space behind the tables for exhibitors to sit or stand.


Each 6' table includes skirting and tablecloth. Purchase of each 6' table secures up to three exhibitor badges. Additional badges are $25 each.

Each 8’ x 8’ booth includes an 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side dividers, plus one skirted 6’ table & two chairs. Purchase of 8' booth secures up to five exhibitor badges. Badges for additional personnel or affiliated guests are $25 each. Booth purchasers may request an extra 6’ skirted table for $125, to be used inside the booth. Booths can hold a maximum of 2 tables.

Each table or booth will be provided with one sign printed with the company name. A standard electrical outlet can be provided at your request for $100.

Exhibits are not to exceed 54” in height from the floor or 24” from the top of the 30” high table. No part of the display may be located outside of a booth or in the aisles or interiors of exhibit rectangles; nor may the display intrude upon adjacent tables belonging to other exhibitors.


​Form Instructions:

In the form below, enter the name of each person who will be working at your table(s) or booth(s) and the company affiliation of each, if it is different from the registering company.  You may have authors signing at your table/booth. If so, list their book title and publisher/imprint for their badge. 

Enter any special requests, such as exhibitors you wish to be near, etc. We will do our best to honor them.
