Give Books Holiday Catalog

For  insertion/distribution orders of 4,000 or greater (includes distributed and in-store copies), PNBA will brand your catalogs with your store logo, store details, coupons and offers and will send your catalogs to your local outlet at no cost to you! Orders of fewer than 4,000 copies for in-store and local distribution will be branded with this year’s campaign theme.

We'll also reimburse a portion of your distribution costs. Claims require dissemination details, a copy of the invoice from your local outlet, and the requested campaign data. It literally pays to distribute the Give Books holiday catalog!
(Documentation submitted by the mid-January deadline will result in a credit up to 50%, with a cap of 4¢ per catalog.  Documentation provided past the deadline but prior to March 1 will result in a stipend max of 3¢).

PNBA and its printer also offer local USPS  “bundle cap” distribution, otherwise known as simplified address or saturation mailing. These copies use a special version of your store imprint, are addressed to “Local Postal Customer,” and are distributed to addresses within specific postal carrier routes of your choosing. (Stores will be responsible for 14¢ per piece, with PNBA picking up the remaining 8¢. PNBA will pay to have your catalogs delivered locally, saving 5¢ per piece  on the default USPS rate).

Stores are welcome to make traditional newspaper as well as saturation arrangements but will be responsible for providing two imprints. Size specs can be found on the order form.

In addition to the physical catalog campaign PNBA also produces an e-commerce compatible digital edition of the catalog promoted via a series of five thematic newsletters sent weekly, Nov. to early Dec. The virtual campaign is designed to double down on the physical distribution campaign as well as reach some of the customers on your list who may not receive the physical product or regularly visit the store.

Digital participation is free but requires a physical catalog distribution campaign. A store logo and customer contact list, kept private and secure, is all it takes to add the newsletter and online shopping page to your holiday mix! If you haven’t previously participated in a PNBA summer reading or holiday catalog e-commerce campaign,  SIGN UP HERE.

The Give Books guide is produced to help you maximize sales during the holiday season, so put your stamp on this nationally supported and regionally nuanced bookselling campaign and put it to work for your store.
