Buzz-Books, Galley Gallery, Authors on the Floor, and Stuffits signups begin mid-June.
Exhibitor registration closes July 3.
Registered exhibitors can order meal and event tickets beginning mid-July.

Shipping Exhibit Materials:
TO the show: The first day our warehouse will begin accepting shipments is: August 17, 2026.
The final day our warehouse can receive shipments is: September 21, 2026. ** DO NOT ship any books directly to the hotel. Please help ensure your materials arrive at the right place by using our labels. (Link will be activated one week prior to warehouse opening. AFTER the show: • Don't want to ship it all back? Consider donating some or all of your display copies to the Michael Pritiken Rural Library Project • If you are planning to ship out, please review the Post-Show Shipping-Out Information |
