Shipping Exhibit Materials:
TO the show: Materials shipped through our drayage system will be assessed a per-box fee. See this note on pricing.
The first day our warehouse will begin accepting shipments is: August 17, 2026. The final day our warehouse can receive shipments is: September 21, 2026. ** DO NOT ship any books directly to the hotel. Please help ensure your materials arrive at the right place by using our labels. AFTER the show: • Don't want to ship it all back?
