for two days of sharing and education,
meeting authors in intimate settings,
and visiting local member stores.

For all attendees
Increasing attendance as well as glowing feedback have demonstrated that PNBA members are in support of continuing the association’s Spring Pop-Up gatherings. To ensure we can continue to deliver this experience annually to an ever-rotating corner of the PNBA region, an access fee will be charged for the first time at the 2026 gathering. Your $50 contribution helps with event venue rentals and includes a lunch, coffee and pastries, and reception refreshments over the course of ten hours of education and author programming. Where to stay, eat and drink: ​

PNBA has secured special rates for Pop-Up attendees at the Best Western Plus Edmonds Harbor Inn. Conveniently located in downtown Edmonds, the hotel is  just steps away from all the venues we will use this year, as well as the best food and drink that Edmonds has to offer. Look for details on where to eat and where to park soon.

Tuesday, April 14
Day

​Education, Authors, and Rep Picks

​11:00 am    to   5:00 pm

​Education, authors, and sales rep presentations, at the Plaza Room, above the library in downtown Edmonds. The day will  include four author podium slots of 10 - 12 minutes each, followed by a social signing period.

Evening

Author and Networking  Reception
​
6:00   to   7:30 pm

After a break so attendees can visit our host store Edmonds Bookshop, we'll reconvene at the Plaza Room for a reception-style author signing event featuring 14 or so authors with new books.

Light refreshments provided.
Ample conversations guaranteed.

Participating authors will be announced as they are confirmed.
Wednesday, April 15
 Day

​Authors, Education, and Store Visits

9:30 am   to   noon

Shifting location to the Edmonds Public Library, we'll have a members open forum, followed by four authors with Keynote  slots of 10 - 12 minutes each, followed by a social signing period.
A printable schedule will be available when details are finalized.
