Shipping Books and Exhibit Materials to the Show
Instructions and Pricing
PNBA is proud to offer in-house shipping options for books and exhibit materials coming to our shows, at prices lower than industry averages. That said, our costs are increasing like everyone else's. After several years with stable prices, this year we need to raise our drayage rates. We know that this has an impact on you and your bottom line, so we are offering a way for you to still get last year's prices. We are also offering special reduced rates for smaller items (envelopes, small poster tubes, etc.) for those inevitable last-minute things that crop up every year.
Drayage Fees for 2026:
$60 per box (last year's price) for boxes that arrive at our warehouse on or before Friday, September 4, AND use our shipping labels properly filled out.
$70 per box (new price) for boxes that arrive after September 4 or that do not use our shipping labels.
$25 per item for envelopes, pouches, and other small items.
Shipping Instructions:
The two most important things are that they get to the warehouse on time AND that we can tell what is in them and where they need to end up. The first part is up to you. The best way to make sure that we know where they go once we get them is for you to use our shipping labels and to fill them out fully.
Use THIS LABEL for exhibit materials. Please make sure the name of the exhibiting company, an attending sales representative's name, or the table/booth number (available in late August) appears on the label.
Use THIS LABEL for books that are being shipped for autographing sessions or meal events. Make sure the author's name is on the label or easy to spot on the box.
Use THIS LABEL for books being sent to the Galley Gallery. Make sure the author's name is on the label or easy to spot on the box.

Please let us know if you plan to bring books for any author autographing event, and deliver books to the PNBA registration desk when you arrive at the show so that we know they are there and can get them to the right place on time.
