Money For Miles Grant

The Money for Miles program has closed for 2025. Check back here for 2026.

PNBA member stores and libraries can apply for grant funding to help offset costs of travel to the Fall Tradeshow. Reimbursement is based on the distance traveled, ONE WAY, from your store or library to the location of the show. Although the grant is designed to benefit member stores and libraries, it may also be claimed by individual employees who paid their own way.

The grants reimburse qualified applicants as follows:

If you Traveled (one way):	You can be reimbursed:
50 - 100 miles	$25
101 - 150 miles	$50
151 - 200 miles	$75
201 - 250 miles	$100
2551 - 300 miles	$125
> 300 miles	$150

Stores that sent 1-3 attendees are eligible for a single grant. Stores that sent 4 or more attendees are eligible for a maximum of two grants.
