Advertising Rates
Thank you for all of your scheduling inquiries! Due to an increase in requests for blast services, we will no longer be able to provide lists of dates available in a given week / month / months. Please request your ideal date for each title in the table format below:
If your requested date is not available for one of your titles, then we will schedule your blast to the next available date. We are accustomed to processing long lists of blasts in this format and can regularly schedule 3-6 months in advance. Single blast requests and shorter timeframes are also welcome, as long as they are submitted in the same format. Bulk bookings of 5 or more blasts typically receive a $25 discount on each (5 blasts = $125 savings), however, cancellations may affect discounts. Short notice cancelations within 5-7 days of the issue date and frequent cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee.

Northwest Book Lovers Consumer Site
NWBookLovers.org is PNBA’s public blog, featuring all things literary in the Northwest. Indie customers choose NWBL for reviews, author interviews, behind-the-scenes looks at NW indie stores and what their booksellers are reading and recommending. The site hosts the weekly Pacific Northwest Independent Bestseller List and a five-state roster of independent bookstores.
Ads must be JPG or GIF format. Maximum file size is 8MB.

Our monthly e-newsletter, Footnotes, is emailed to approximately 400 member booksellers plus member publishers, distributors, librarians and industry friends as well as 100 regional media contacts. Total reach is 900+. Back issues (with original ads) are archived on our website.
Your ad image should be a jpg or animated gif file. Please provide one link (no Amazon). Ads should be emailed to: Brian. Newsletter ad materials are due by the 7th of each month.
Title Wave Promotional Package
A steady promotional build-up, finishing with a big impact. Start pre-publication with the booksellers, finish with their customers upon the book’s release. Works equally as well for an existing book our booksellers and their customers should know about.
Virtual Author and Publisher Events
Editor, marketing, or rep picks; author presentations or Q & A. Book an hour long presentation with PNBA. All events receive calendar and newsletter listing, a dedicated event invitation and reminder, as well as member social media promotion. PNBA will also schedule a Bookseller Blast e-flyer promotion for the book and/or event at no additional cost. Client must provide the Blast assets. Your banner ad appears simultaneously on the front page of the websites of eight regional independent bookselling associations (PNBA, MBA, GLiBA, NEIBA, NAIBA, SIBA, CALIBA, MPBA). Estimated 5,000+ impressions to members. -One week run, Tues - Mon. -Booking requests require a 10-day minimum lead. Our member bookstore list is available as a set of self-stick labels. The labels are arranged in zip-code order and sold for one-time use. Labels may not be reproduced and may only be used once. We do not sell the email addresses of our members. *Purchases by a member may not be sent to a non-member Member Bookstores mailing address (150 stores)
