Event time: 7:30 p.m.-9:15 p.m.
Autographing: Before Event; 6:30 pm or by arrangement
Author talk time: 10 minutes
AV: Yes, if arranged in advance
Bring: Badge, meal ticket, any props or promotional materials
Books: 130 copies or ARCs
Details:
An event for regional and national talents alike, this dinner will be your opportunity to warm up the bookseller audience for a great rest of the show. Five authors will each have 10 minutes to get the booksellers in the audience excited about selling stacks and stacks of your books in their stores! Please arrive at 6:30 p.m. to pre-sign your books and meet with the Emcee and Event Coordinator to go over last-minute details, confirm speaking order, and help to set up AV as needed. If you need to pre-sign the books at another time please let us know in advance and we can arrange a time.
PNBA will give you and one preregistered guest show badges (and tickets to the meal you are presenting at). The badges will allow you to attend educational sessions, exhibits, and PNBA events and parties, except those that require meal tickets. If you would like to purchase tickets for other events at the show, please fill out a Meal Ticket Form. Your badges and meal tickets will be held under your last name at the PNBA registration desk, which will be open during the times noted on our Show Schedule. If you are unable to pick them up before registration closes, the emcee will hold your tickets for you at the event.
