Education Committee chair Michelle Bear (Edmonds Bookshop) will start this year’s idea exchange and introduce the team’s new asset, web and e-commerce designer, Murray Sampson (Trail’s End Bookstore): "Based on my time at IndieCommerce, I saw a real need in our industry for more learning opportunities and sharing of collective wisdom and lessons as e-commerce takes off as a bigger part of many stores' incomes than they ever expected.”
