Exhibitor Registration Form and Instructions
SET-UP: Tuesday, Sep 19, 12:00-4:30 pm and Wednesday, Sep 20, 7:00-9:30 am
EXHIBITS OPEN: Tuesday, Sep 19, 4:30 - 7:00 pm and Wednesday, Sep 20, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.
A member exhibitor discount is offered to companies or individuals who are current members of PNBA. All others need to purchase a membership to qualify for the member discount. Companies registering separately from their independent rep will need a membership to qualify for the member rate. PNBA membership also gets you a listing in our Member Handbook which is a valuable reference for our bookstores.
Memberships are $175.
Each six-foot table includes skirting and tablecloth. Each exhibitor will be provided with a company sign, printed with the company name - one sign per table/booth. Each 6-foot table receives up to three free badges. Additional badges are $10 each.
Each 8’ x 8’ booth will include an 8’ high backwall and 3’ high side dividers, plus one skirted 6’ table & two chairs. Each booth receives up to five free badges. Additional badges are $10 each. Booth purchasers may request an extra 6’ skirted table for $100, to be used inside the booth.
Exhibits are not to exceed 54” in height from the floor or 24” from the top of the 30” high table.No part of the display may be located outside of a booth or in the aisles or interiors of exhibit rectangles; nor may the display intrude upon adjacent tables belonging to other exhibitors.
Each table or booth can be provided with a standard electrical outlet for $25, at your request.
Each exhibitor will receive, at no extra charge, an expanded listing on the Tradeshow page of our website with up to three links per table/booth purchased. These links may be used for your show specials, your website, an Edelweiss list of your featured titles or anything else you wish. We will accept PDF files or links only. Later this summer we will email you more information about what these links are for and how to submit them. In the meantime, you can email your PDF's / links to Larry@pnba.org
The Big Pitch rep's pick of the list will be from 12:20 - 4:20 pm on Tuesday, Sep 19. - with no competing programming!
Each spot will give you 9 minutes to highlight your new titles/products. Sideline vendors are welcome to participate as well. We have no other event planned for the same time period so you will have the full attention of our booksellers. Each 9 minute slot will cost $150. We will send out a sign-up form in late July.

A set of self-adhesive mailing labels of all PNBA member bookstores & libraries (approx. 130), may be purchased at the special price of $30.
They will be mailed to you a month before the show.
If you wish to support BINC (Book Industry Charitable Foundation) you can make a donation and receive a "BINC Badge".
Enter the name of each person who will be working at your table(s) or booth(s) and the company affiliation of each, if it is different from the registering company. You may have authors signing at your table/booth. If so, list their book title and publisher/imprint for their badge.
If you wish to have a personal pronoun listed on your badge, put it in parentheses after your name.
If there is not enough room on the form, email the information to Larry@pnba.org.
Enter any special requests, such as exhibitors you wish to be near, etc. We will do our best to honor them.
