PNBA Mailing List Contract
The Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association makes available for rental its mailing list of member bookstores in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The list includes the addresses of more than 105 independent bookstore locations. The list is available in these formats:
1) Self-stick labels arranged in zip-code order. Labels may not be reproduced and may be used only once.
2) Excel file of member store mailing addresses for your permanent and repeated use.
A list purchased by a member will not be sent to a non-member and you are not allowed to send the Excel file to anyone else.
3) E-mail addresses only. You receive the e-mail addresses of each member bookstore’s owner-manager-buyer as well as some key staff.
The list is in Excel format for multiple-use.
4) Combination of mailing addresses and e-mail addresses in Excel format for multiple-use.
Current PNBA members are eligible for discounted prices.
I understand and I agree not to reproduce the labels and will use them for a one-time mailing, and/or the Excel file or e-mail list will not be given to any other individual or company.
