This year's (2008) show at the Holiday Inn at the Portland Airport will have much less space for exhibits than we have used in the recent past. Therefore, the booth size for this show will be 8' x 8', not 8' x 10' as we previously offered. In addition, the table size will be 2.5' x 6', not the previous 2.5' x 8'.
We are also offering the option of your exhibiting for only one day, Tuesday, September 16, from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm. If you choose to exhibit for two days (Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept 16 and 17), you will pay a higher fee, your booths and tables will be accumulated in one area of the exhibit hall, and you will share the exhibit hall on Wednesday with our Author Promotion programs. There will be NO author signings on the show floor on Tuesday, which will be devoted solely to the exhibits from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Those of you who would like to exhibit for TWO days (Tuesday and Wednesday, September 17 & 17) can find your registration form HERE. This link will be disabled on Friday, June 27, the deadline for choosing to exhibit for two days. After June 27, all requests for exhibit space will be offered one day of exhibits only, until all of the exhibit space is sold.
